Policies for Monthly Packages:
Payment/Fees: Monthly charges
are due at the beginning of the month (1st through the 5th) and
reflect prepaid services for that month.
Cancelations: All sessions canelled
with at least 24 hours prior to session time can be rescheduled
within the same month. If a session cannot be rescheduled within
the same month, a session credit can be added to a session "bank".
After you have accumulated a number of points in your bank that
is equivalent with a monthly package, you can use them toward a
month of services with no additional charge. Any cancelations due
to medical or personal injuries will be credited a 1/2 session.
Failure to notify a cancelation will not be credited.
